Táng

The Hall of Living Arts

Táng, an archive within the non-profit organization Tsáng Wǔ Gé, is dedicated to preserving and sharing the non-martial treasures of Chinese traditions. It serves as a bridge between traditional wisdom and modern living — offering immersive online courses in Qigong, Taiji Wellness, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Theory, Calligraphy, Strategy and the Taoist Philosophies, and more.

Through live streaming, on-demand lessons, and guided study with authentic lineage instructors, Táng brings to life the ancient philosophy of 修身養性 (cultivating the body and refining the mind). Members don't just learn techniques and theory, but also the essence of balance, mindfulness, and inner cultivation that form the heart of Chinese civilization.

Whether your goal is personal wellness, cultural enrichment, or professional growth, Táng invites you to enter a living classroom where tradition evolves with you, and ancient wisdom becomes a part of your modern-day experience.

*All proceeds from Táng’s culture content go towards Tsáng Wǔ Gé.

    YíQì Táng

This was a very special pop-up experience in New York. Featuring Master Li Pei-Yi, 13th-generation inheritor of Chen-style Taichi, has dedicated her life to making this ancient practice accessible to modern people. Through gentle yet powerful movements and her signature 吐納八式 Tǔnà Bāshì (Eight Breathing Forms) that is extracted from traditional Chen’s Taijiquan, she teaches how to release stress, strengthen the body, and restore natural balance in daily life. YiQi Tang Taichi wellness online courses will be coming later.
